Derek's involvement with Ducks Unlimited as a committee member and area chairman, helped to lead the way in preserving Louisiana's wetlands and wildlife.

He and his wife, Renee enjoy spending time outdoors with their four sons, Aubry Reese, Thomas Tucker, Duke, and Remington and teaching them to respect our Louisiana Paradise.
