The Point Blank Tracts of San Jacinto County, Texas is a total acreage of +/- 3,191 acres of industrial pine timberland located just west of Lake Livingston, in the northwest corner of San Jacinto County.  The subject property is located approximately 2 miles west of Point Blank Texas and fronts the south side of Highway 190.  It is also accessible to the west of Highway 156, and is easily accessed by well maintained logging roads.  Several private logging roads traverse the property making access applicable from the north and the east edges of the tract. This timberland tract has varied stand ages.   This tract is an industrial pine timber holding, and was designed for pine timber production. The property is also utilized for wildlife management, hunting, and fishing.  The utilities are available from highway 190, and there are several pipelines that cross the property. The topography is undulating terrain with numerous drainage areas and possible lake sites.  This tract may be divided and sold in 3 sections.  The Northwest Portion of the tract is called the Palmetto Creek Tract. It is +/- 1,134 acres. The middle section of this tract is the Wilderness Road Tract and is +/- 1,003 acres.
